Lenmar Motorsports was founded by Gaylen Smith and Mark Eddins in 2006. Shortly after Mark and Gaylen met they discussed the idea of having a full blown race car service shop and before they knew it papers were signed and Lenmar Motorsports, Inc. was officially in business as of July of 2006 operating out of Gaylen's 2,400 sf garage at the house.

Previous to owning and operating Lenmar Motorsports, Gaylen Smith worked on racecars and did general mechanics out of his fathers shop, Car Care Center based out of DeSoto. Gaylen's love of the sport and his skill has made him who he is today. He's proud to have his Dad working with him at Lenmar Motorsports and with a family run business he gets the best of both worlds.

In 2007 Lenmar Motorsports expanded their business to an 18,000sq foot facility. We now house a full climate controlled machine shop complete with an engine dyno room, chassis shop, and an engine tuning area. We also house both of our race teams the "Hell Fish" and "Hellair".

We specialize in high-performance engines and chassis modifications.  We are a VP Fuel Distributor as well as a NOS Distributor. If speed, performance and reliability, or just a great running motor is what you are looking for then you have come to the right place.
